All you need to do is contact our sales department through our helpdesk located at http://support.eukhost.com and we will provide you with coupon code for signup. You will need to provide proof of registration to take advantage of this offer.

This offer is valid for Shared Hosting plans only. Reseller Hosting plans, VPS Hosting as well as dedicated server plans are not entitled for any discount.

Please open a ticket for our sales department from http://support.eukhost.com only as our phone support or livechat support wont be able to give the coupon. Coupon will be issued by sales department working through the helpdesk only.

I develop/maintain a website hosting for a registered charity on a volunteer basis and am looking to move from our current hosts where reliability has been a problem.

Does the 50% discount apply to subsequent renewals or only to the initial annual subscription?

Btw, reading the post again I see the discount doesn't apply to Windows Standard Reseller hosting. When I asked on your Live Chat I was told...

Our livechat support staff has no knowledge of coupons as their basic job is to help customers with technical or billing related problems and somewhat pre-sales only.

I had mentioned in my post that you should contact the sales department from our helpdesk as coupons or discounts are planned by sales department only and support people have nothing to do with those offers.

We have isolated our support staff from sales information but its much better for them to remain focussed on their job.

50% discount applies on annual renewals as well for Charities. This coupon is available for shared hosting only and we don't expect charity organizations to purchase a reseller account to resell hosting.

Hello, Would we come under this discount?

We are a Chartered football club aimed at children from under 8's to under 13's. We are none profit. We currenty having a hosting plan here already but if we can get it cheaper

we have a lot of photos on as the kids love looking at them as well as parents etc. Fingers crossed. The only funding we have is what is donated or generated with fund raising events

This discount of 50% will be for lifetime on any shared hosting plan ordered by a Charity or Non Profit Organization. If you have a big website and need Semi-dedicated or Dedicated server then there's no discount for you.

Cool. I do that site for the Herzstein Memorial Museum and they are 501c(3) non profit here. I will let them know, do you need proof faxed ?
So what your trynna say is that the dedicated server would be free then ? :P

lol. we need their Registration number for verification. There's no need to fax any document as long as we can verify their registration number online.

This offer is on shared hosting plans only.
