This looks very interesting.
I've noticed, along with this announcement and 'fresh new look' to your website, that the Cloud VPS option has vanished. Will this option remain available or is the intention to replace it entirely with the new-fangled eNlight?

They will be added again in the next day or so. eNlight would be the better choice for some ecommerce needs though, as it will save money because you won't pay for resources not needed.

Not for awhile. We are going to re-evaluate how we offer it. We like to offer it, but clients can become confused between software errors and downtime, so we need to think of what improvements we could make to it in order to live up to their expectations. We don't want to devalue the word cloud to be honest. Enough of that takes place elsewhere

We also found that for shared hosting our Business Hosting performed better and resulted in way less complaints.

We have limited resource usage of all shared and reseller hosting customers on our shared hosting and reseller hosting servers. none of the shared hosting / reseller hosting customers can use more than 10% of the CPU/RAM resources of our servers, this new solution we have implemented has helped us to bring uptime of our shared servers and reseller hosting servers close to 99.97%.
