I have Approx 15 std pages of text and graphics, online payments (4 types) through paypal, uploaded documents (excel spreadsheets) which can be downloaded by viewers (approx 5,000 downloads per month). do you supply this and is it at extra cost ?

Sorry if I didn't understand straight away. Are you looking for a solution which allows your customers to download a file you have uploaded after they have paid for it? We don't supply additional software but you could have a look at WHMCS. While it's aimed at the webhosting business it does give you the option to offer downloads. This can be a recurring or one time fee.

We will be able to host WHMCS for you. It's fully supported.
