    Default Firewalling

Are VPServers with eUKhost firewalled by default? If not, is it possible (and advisable) to have them firewalled before you get your site up and running? I'm paranoid by nature.....

Both Windows & Linux VPSes have a default firewall installed when setup, but in a stopped condition. It [firewall] can be configured & enabled anytime you wish & as per your requirement from within the VPS itself.. Linux VPSes have iptables/CSF while Windows ones have the "Windows Default Firewall", but in a stopped/ceased state. CSF [Config Server Firewall] too can be installed quickly in a Linux VPS having cPanel/Plesk control panel.
