I have problems setting up thunderbird after upgrading to Windows 7. I 'FOOLISHLY' asked eukhost for advice, big mistake. if you require help in anything, go to your local fish monger as he will give you more help and support than EUKHOST. I will be glad when my contract runs out.

Is there a reason why you think we should help you with Thunderbird on Windows 7? Or are you suggesting there is a problem with your hosted mail accounts?

We don't have Windows 7 installed in our office, so there's no way any of our staff member could have helped you with such requirement.

I don't see why. What would be of much greater concern is if eUKhost were running hosted email services on Windows 7.

I don't understand why they could not help you with your car

When I was fitting my new kitchen they shut the help desk and sent round the staff to help me, what was really good is when they had to go back they chartered a plane and got some people from the indian help desk over to help me

GUYS GUYS GUYS

EUK are fantastic but they are not GOD! get real!!!!! they help when they can and with me its been 100% of the time so far!!!

i cant find one single fault with EUK well apart from 1 very small moan, well not even a moan i guess but once i couldnt get any one on live chat for a couple of hrs. just kept saying retry!!!

BUT thats prob cuz people wanted WINDOWS 7 help ect ect



Keep up the fantastic work EUK and at the end of the day you will never be able to make EVERYONE happy.
