I know that sometimes support ticketing systems can be a pain, but I did wonder if you have a 24/7 support team setup? My mother in law lives in the UK (why I inquire to many UK sites to start with) and they will need hosting, but since they most times depend on me for "computer help" I want to make sure someone would be available at roughly some "normal" time span.
I am sure I could have her or her husband put tickets in and the such, but 99% of the time its always on me or my spouse.She does need UK hosting (does not want to pay US prices really) so I thought I would throw it out there while I still research for her.
