    Default Some questions regarding eNlight

    Hello.

We have some questions regarding your new service.

    1. When the server is stopped (shutdown), what are the charges? Are we charged as if the server was up and running or does the charge change (if so, does the charge depend on the used disk space)?

    2. In your calculations page, at number #5, you mention that we will be charged for our base specification. What is the base specification?

    3. Does the server have a static IP address (or more than one)?

    4. Which traffic is calculated for the bandwidth? The incoming, the outgoing or both?

    Regards,
    infolearn

Ans:- You will be charged only for Disk space if the server is shut down. Other parameters such as CPU,RAM,BW will be 0, so you won't be charged for that. You will be charged for what you use and not for what is allocated to your VM.

Ans:- We don't have any base specification in Enlight. % Usage refers to the percent of resources used by the VM. Its a pay as per you use model and does not has any base specs or base price.

Ans:- Both Incoming and Outgoing traffic is calculated for bandwidth. Currently we are offering free bandwidth usage upto 2TB on each Enlight VM created.

You can check the Enlight predictor from the below link:-
