    Default what happened to...

    Hi there,

I have previously purchased eUK E3-1230 with 16gb of ram with the 2x300 sas drives...

this option has now been removed.. what happened?

    this was a dream configuration..

the sas drives are now only available with the noticeably slower eUK E3-X3430 chips and only 8 gb ram???

I was just about to hit send on a quote.. just as well I double checked..

in order to get the eUK E3-1230 chip I now need to sacrifice ram, disc speed and the hardware firewall option...

    please can you reconsider.

    Hi Andy,

eUK E3-1230 with SAS drives has been temporarily removed from our website as it's not available in stock. It will be displayed on the website as soon as it's available. We removed the configuration to ensure that we do not receive orders for the server which is not available in stock and cannot be provided as we have come across situations wherein customers place an order for the servers which are not available in stock and we then have to ask them to consider another option or wait until the server is available which definitely affects our goodwill as a hosting provider.

    Great news..

this is an awesome chip. I guess it depends on the applications you are running but for us these things are way better than 2x quad core systems.

    Hello Andy,

We have a few knocking around, but not at a website stock amount. We can sometimes receive a dozen orders a day for a specific server.

If you really want one, I can arrange it
    Kind Regards,
