    Lightbulb Account Managers

Just a little thread to say that I think the idea of Account Managers that eUKhost has set up is a great idea . It's nice to know that there is a certain person you are able to contact with any account queries etc.

I think it's a really nice touch to an already excellent service .

The idea behind assigning an account manager for clients is to bridge the communication gap (if any) between them and our staff. In case any client is experiencing any problems with our service or support or they feel that their issues are not being resolved properly or on time, they can get in touch with their respective account manager and get things going.

Sounds good - how does one find out who your account manager is?

You may find the account manager by log-in into the client area / billing account. You will find the icon of 'Account Manager' in the client area. Once you click on that icon, you will find the name and contact details of your Account Manager.

Yes, this can be a critical things and of the complaints that I have seen a common theme seems to be a breakdown of communication or misunderstanding so I think this will go a long way to reducing complaints (of which may I say there aren't a lot already!) .

Yeah it's nice to know that you've got a single point of contact for queries relating to your account .
