What does it take so long for billing to cancel VPSs?
Other providers sort them quick which is what I prefer as I can manage things easier/better.

Hi Chris,
Both the tickets you've submitted are in our feedback department. Our feedback team does a thorough study/investigation on each cancellation request & notes down the exact reason behind it, be it a product not required anymore or a support failure or delay in server deployment or any other reason.. hence the delay in responding to your tickets. It helps us focus on improving our services & in tracking down our failures.
I'd also like to point out that no further invoicing to your account or late fees will be applicable once a cancellation request is submitted for a particular package. You'll receive a reply to them shortly & we do appreciate your patience in the meantime..

I have confirmed this with our billing department as well as support team about the cancellation of your Cloud Server. The server was already cancelled and terminated from the node as well.
