Can't access Cpanel

Hi,

New account, for some reason I cant access my cpanel, prior to being enabled i was able to get the username password screen now I just get "The operation timed out when attempting to contact bolton.eukhost.com".

Any ideas appreciated

As your domain is not pointing to our server yet, try accessing the cPanel using the temporary URL, which you can locate in the Welcome Email. As cpanel of your account is working fine for me, I'll request you to contact our Live Chat support or open a ticket.

Hello,

Make sure that DNS of your domain are as follows

NS1 >> ns68.eukdns.com 213.175.208.130
NS2 >> ns69.eukdns.com 213.175.208.131

You can verify the DNS with Traceroute, Ping, Domain Name Server (DNS) Lookup, WHOIS

Your IP has been masked for privacy.. I've removed it from the firewall now, but make sure to login with the correct credentials.. else it'd be back in the blocked list.. :-)
