    Default email problem

I've just got my domain tranfered to E-ukhost and I can access my web page but I'm having problems with emails. From the email I received from E-ukhost on setup I understand my catch-all mail address is mail@paulgulliver.co.uk (my domain being -well it seems I cant post that!!)
I have tried sending an email to this address from both Plusnet and googlemail and both failed with the following:
    Reporting-MTA: dns; relay.ptn-ipout02.plus.net

    Final-Recipient: rfc822;mail@paulgulliver.co.uk
    Action: failed
    Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
    Remote-MTA: dns; [213.175.208.130]
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No Such User Here'
    (delivery attempts: 0)

Have I failed to set something up correctly or do I have to wait a bit longer for things to sort themselves out

    Hello Paul,

I have checked and the Default Address status shows Current Setting: ":fail: No Such User Here" . The address you have mentioned has not been created yet.

You need create the email account mentioned above and set the catch email address so that all unrouted emails are sent to mail[@]pa***ulliver.co.uk

If you still have any issues please post them here.

Ok, fixed now. I thought the catch-all email address was created auotmatically and I just had to create additional ones.
    Thanks for your help.

    You are Welcome

If you want to forward the unrouted emails to mail[@]pa**gulliver.co.uk, access the option Default Address once logged into cPanel. Check the radio button for "Forward to email address" and enter your address in "Forward to email address".

    Hope this helps
