Help or refund please as online support hasnt helped me so far

Can someone sort out my dedicated server or refund for the remainder of the term as its getting beyond a joke it going down all the time and we have done nothing and i suspect itys because someone has tried to upgrade the software on the server which i specifically requested not to be done as the system was working fine with the settings as they were.


I need someone to sort this out properly and for good, or refund my remaining months to June 2012 asap, can someone that can help with getting things back to how they were or issue the refund get in touch asap.

Hi Wayne,

I am really sorry you are having continuous issues with your server. I have referred this to our Managing Director to look at as the problem has been ongoing which is unacceptable. I will talk with John (MD) to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

hi your techie has got the server up and running but its not staying up, you will have to pm me on here or send to an account not on my server as i cant guarentee I will get the message
