Default No reply when sending a support ticket?

    Hi,

I see there are a couple of similar threads on this but I wanted to double check everything was fine with submitting support tickets?.

I just submitted a ticket to Sales regarding a billing question I had but I haven't received the usual "We are dealing with your ticket and will get back to you soon" etc reply to my email address?.

Also, in my WHCMS when I'm logged in, there are no Open tickets showing up. Only when I log into "My Support Tickets" does it show up ( I've definately sent one and have one open at this time ). I could have sworn that any open tickets used to show up on the main page of the WHCMS whether you were logged into Support or not ( but maybe I'm wrong ).

Anyhow, everything ok at the Support end?. The submitted ticket isn't an urgent issue thankfully, it's just a question about billing but I just wanted to check all was well.

All sorted now. Still not sure why I didn't get an initial reply to the ticket though?.

I assume there is a problem with the Support Ticket system?.

We have migrated our helpdesk server to new high configuration server,We have fully tested everything is fine after the migration.

Also, in my WHCMS when I'm logged in, there are no Open tickets showing up. Only when I log into "My Support Tickets" does it show up ( I've definately sent one and have one open at this time ).
We are not useing WHCMS ticket system , if you want to check tickets please use https://support.eukhost.com/index.php URL to check it.

I submitted a support ticket and did not get the standard email response, so I logged into https://support.eukhost.com/index.php and the ticket was not there.

I have now logged my support ticket manually on the above link.

By submitting a ticket, do you mean to have sent an email & was it from the registered account?

Emails which are sent directly from an unregistered email address to the support board don't appear in the tickets section. Submitting/opening tickets from the support portal [ support.eukhost.com ] is the right way.

I've always used to support.eukhost.com address to submit tickets without problem. As has been said, this isn't to be confused with the customer area (WHCMS).

    Me too!

I've been using the support section for track my previous tickets and i don't think there is any issue with eUKhost

Few months ago, i signed with eUKhost for a reseller hosting package and now i already have 3 dedicated servers with them. Never faced any issue except few scheduled migrations for which i received an email from them.

Glad to hear it . I think since the new customer area has been installed there has been a little confusion about whether the ticket section in the new system superceded the normal support system.
