I see there are a couple of similar threads on this but I wanted to double check everything was fine with submitting support tickets?.
I just submitted a ticket to Sales regarding a billing question I had but I haven't received the usual "We are dealing with your ticket and will get back to you soon" etc reply to my email address?.
Also, in my WHCMS when I'm logged in, there are no Open tickets showing up. Only when I log into "My Support Tickets" does it show up ( I've definately sent one and have one open at this time ). I could have sworn that any open tickets used to show up on the main page of the WHCMS whether you were logged into Support or not ( but maybe I'm wrong ).
Anyhow, everything ok at the Support end?. The submitted ticket isn't an urgent issue thankfully, it's just a question about billing but I just wanted to check all was well.![]()
