Recommendations for Dedicated Hosting

At the current stage we are running total 7 windows servers but we are not satisfied with the hosting service we are getting from our current web host. So, we are looking for a managed hosting provider, having branches in UK as well as in US, who can look after our servers. All the servers holds sensitive data and it is very important for us to keep them working all the time. We don't want to lose any of our customers.

Currently we have not yet nailed down our exact needs, so I am just really looking at your service. I have searched through Google and got a few good companies, but I am planning to contact around 5-8 companies and see who can offer us a better deal on it.
