    Yet again my dedicated server is down.

    Yet again i have been cut off in chat support

    Yet again i have requested my no quibble refund for the remainder of the contract and been pushed aside.

    Please can someone sort this out,

    Hi Wayne,
    I am not able to find out your billing account using forum registered email address can you please message me your server IP address or billing contact email address so I will investigate it further and get it sorted.

    Just received an update from one of the senior managers stating one of our senior technicians (Alex) is looking into this right now.

    Just to update you Wayne, Alex has now found your billing account and is investigating the issue to get your server back online.

    Hi Wayne,

    Your server was not accessible,While I connected though the console I found that the server is up since last 109 days but load was very high 74.08 due to which it was not accessible.
    While investigating more I found that few of your domains mysql and php processs were causing high load on the server and there was only 15MB memory free. I have captured all screenshot of same I will sent all of them to your billing email address once your server stable and online.

    I have stopped the running process now load is decreasing now. I will update you once it stable. The current server resources are not sufficient to handle all of your website load.
