No offense taken i understand all this already and apologize for not removing the files before now although they have not caused any problems for the years that they have been on
It was only because the server had problems that they decided to do a scan if they had been up to date on there so called regular scans it would of shown them earlier and i could of deleted them myself

Never mind the account is being closed and i am moving to another hosting company hopefully they wont treat me the same way

I will keep an eye on the files that are on the server though
