Better End User Support System

Just Google the keywords "reseller hosting end user support" and you will find loads of different web hosts offering good End User Support. To stay competitive and to keep us customers happy eUKhost need to implement a better End User Support system. With a better system it also allows your customers to resell your services easier e.g., web designer who resell your services do not want to be providing support for their own VPS and Dedicated Server customers. They just want to help you sell the Dedicated Servers and make a little profit while eUKhost answer the support questions. This needs to work with WHMCS properly so we can track what is being said between End Users and Support Team using the WHMCS Support Ticket system.
