    Default Ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can somebody look at ticket #BMX-80159-940.

I don't think it is my imagination that the standard of English of the people replying is not good enough for their jobs! In spite of the English names, that language is not their mother tongue.

My suggestion...if you are going to employ overseas staff, make sure their language skills are good enough.

I want to escalate this to a native English speaker as I am wasting too much time with it.

    Cheers

There is no need to be hasty, a simple "nice" thread would have sufficed. I'm sure it will be looked at soon

    Hi Guy,

I don't see any problem with English as our staff members have included email logs from the server for a detailed explanation. Email logs on the server show that emails are reaching your inbox and you have replied couple of times saying that the emails are not being delivered to your inbox.

If you can provide us with password for your mailbox and request the sender to send few test emails once again then we will manage to figure out why those emails are not reaching you though they show as delivered on the server.

Please let me know which reply was difficult to understand. I don't see anything wrong with English used in the tickets, besides few typos, which can be understood by any English person.

I will suggest you to come on livechat and ask one of our support staff member to transfer your chat to me. I have good knowledge of email troubleshooting and I will get this problem sorted asap.

    Hi Guy,

I have replied to your ticket with a detailed explanation.

I had a look at exim_filter logs on the server and I managed to figure out 3 emails which were sent by your@sender on 21st October and all 3 were discarded by exim_filter. exim_filter discards specific emails which contain spam keywords like Viagra, Cialiis and so on.

You can check following article to check all the keywords which are discarded by exim_filter. :-

Preventing Spam with Antivirus.exim - cPanel Tutorials

There's no way to disable this filter on the server as all other customers hosted on the same server will start receiving many spams if we disable exim_filter. If you can contact the sender of these emails and send us content of those emails in a ticket, then it will help us to make changes in the exim_filter configuration to allow emails with the keywords that were considered as spam keywords.

Hasty? You do not know how many emails have been going back and forth to try to get tech support to actually understand the problems.

Thanks you for getting to the bottom of this. It could have been solved so much sooner had tech support understood that some emails were being rejected as I explained.

I shall reply to the ticket with the text of the email in question.

BTW, I am getting all tech support emails twice, something that I have mentioned repeatedly to tech support without their commenting.

    Cheers

    PS What's your name BTW?

    Hi Guy,

Those 3 emails had subject "Mansfield Avenue" and they were rejected for spam keyword "Man" in the subject.

This doesn't sound good, but they were rejected for the spam keyword "Man". our CTO has removed Man keyword from the exim_filter configuration and you won't face such problem in future.
