    Default Helpdesk Website

Every time I click on a link in Eukhost's website in IE8 I get a message that
Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?
and I have to click Yes or No to continue. This gets a bit tiresome as a number of things need to be clicked on to submit a ticket. It's got so bad that I now have to use Firefox for the site, which doesn't have this problem.

Although it's possible to turn off the message in IE8 for all sites, I am reluctant to do this for security reasons. Adding support.eukhost.com to the list of trusted sites doesn't help.
The problem is that the images are not coming from a secure site so there is mixed content on the page.

Would it be possible to recode the Helpdesk pages to make it easier to use IE8?

    Thanks

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

I didn't notice these warnings in IE8, but this has been passed onto our web developers to address.

    Thanks for doing that.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to report it, but the very useful watch.eukhost.com site also has a problem. On the monitor page http://watch.eukhost.com/show-status.php?id=xxx the bandwidth usage is always 0 and the graphs don't show either.

Can you please PM me the server details for which Server Monitoring has been enabled. I will check this for you.

Your previous issue is already in the hand of our developers. We will let you know the progress made in this.

This has now been sorted for my server by Support creating a default bandwidth file.
