Would it not be worth having a page with a list of EUK servers and a traffic light system for known issues of failure, maintenence, overload etc etc... Something like Virgin Media does for its B/Band service on their website..

I'm talking about an automated system - not a manual one - but basically giving everyone a one-stop-shop to instantly see the health of the servers.

I'll second that, but with the possible proviso that it's only available to registered eUKhost users.

maybe whmcs could be updated with network issues and server status, lock it then so only logged in clients can view...

Though have to be honest, if we have had issues in the past with any shared resource, we have always had an email to advise of any work thats going to happen etc... but a good one stop visual on status`s would be good

I have had problems with my VPS over the last 48hours and find it very difficult and time consuming to get any news from support.
