So any decent host or one that is trying to be one should have atleast have the courtesy to send an email that the band limit is going to be exceeded. For example one of your competitor network sends emails not just for bandwidth but also for disk space. Now that is proactive service.
Hundreds of dollars lost and hardword gone to the dogs because of thisextremely sad. It takes just an email to let customers know! i would have upgraded or bought extra bandwidth
