    Default problem at https://support.eukhost.com

Can you please clean up the code in template for the support area at https://support.eukhost.com

It loads fine when viewing it via http://support.eukhost.com but not https://support.eukhost.com

When using https://support.eukhost.com I keep getting this warning message appear http://h.imagehost.org/0951/untitled_8.png

It has been like it since I joined eUKhost last October. I thought you would have noticed it and fixed it by now.

All you have to do is use http:// ( absolute paths ) for URLs and ../ for images ( relative paths ) and https:// for external urls.

    Please correct it.

Hi Chris... The image in the URL you have attached is just a warning and not an error on the SSL certificate. These warnings are due to the URL's without https included on the webpage.

    Hi

Yes, that is right. But it's annoying having to press the OK button after refreshing the page or switching to another ticket.

It is easy to change the code so the annoying warning box doesn't keep coming up all the time. You can correct the code and still have the page secure.

You have it working fine at https://www.eukhost.com/whmcs/clientarea.php

Just not in the Support area.

P.S you also need to use ../ ( relative paths ) for css/js type files too.

It's indeed very annoying that each page requires an additional mouseclick. Then pls don't use SSL by default.

Yes this is a very simple issue to fix and something that eUKHost should just get on and fix. It doesn't look very good from a business viewpoint when an internet provider doesn't get things like this right.

    Very bad form.

    Thumbs up URL's updated

    Hi Guys,

Thank you for all your feedback. Much appreciated. We have removed the URL's included without https from the Support URL now. You won't receive any such messages on the Secure Support URL anymore

    Much better!

Try this though... go from homepage ( UK Web Hosting Services by eUKhost ) to Login ( https://www.eukhost.com/whmcs/clientarea.php ) to Support ( https://support.eukhost.com )

So far so good... now click on the UK WEB HOSTING link at the top (which is what I use to get quickly back to the homepage) and you'll see the warning box come back up again. Every page keeps coming up with the same warning box now.

Try https://www.eukhost.com/forums/ and you'll see the banner is completely missing.

eUKhost provide really good support & hosting services but the site can be a bit of a pain to use at times, IMO.

You could do with someone to go through the code in the pages and cleaning up the HTML code a little.
