Small suggestion for online support

Just a small observation that I think would help on occasion, both myself and eukhost itself. Understandably tech support are not able to instantly reply to all your messages, especially when it's particularly busy. But I tend to then busy myself with other tasks while waiting and will often forget to check back on the chat right away
Is it possible to adapt the chat window so that (similarly to MSN messenger) the window will flash in the taskbar once a reply has been received?

Thanks for your valuable suggestion.

We are currently using Chat software provided by Liveperson. The chat window does not popup when operator replies and we have received this request in the past. We have forwarded this to Liveperson team and waiting for their reply.

We are also working on our inhouse chat software designed and developed by our team. We will add this feature in our chat system. As our chat software is still in testing phase, we'll implement this new chat software in next few days.
