Default Staff members made easier to identify ?

I don't mean in a stalking type of way but many posters on these forums appear to be members of EUKhost staff yet show as Junior Members.

It's only when they post something specific about servers or tickets or if you delve into their profile that you realise they are staff.

Huh? The majority of the posters on this forum aren't staff members.

Staff members who are on the forums are visibly shown, and are not disguised as junior members?

I didn't say they were disguised, just not made clear.

Take a look at Rsync for example, junior member - look further into profile and you can see he is part of the VPS Hosting Support Team,

Take a look at vzaddict http://www.eukhost.com/forums/showpo...3&postcount=15

Both these users are staff but are 'normal' members.

Some staff members are clear, some aren't - it's just an observation and a suggestion to make it clearer for your customers - upto you if you take it on board or not

The main staff members have their names in a 'goldy colours'. Moderators such as myself are an orangy colour, regular members being a green.

    Cool

Maybe a uniformed eUK- infront of each name would help?

    Just an idea

That is my point, a number of staff members who answer customers queries in these forums show the same colour as customers and with their title as member or junior member.

Surely a group like EUKHost Staff shown under their name instead of member/junior member would be better ?

Just a standard VB group to highlight staff would make it so much easier for the customers.

Staff members that have recently joined the forums show up as junior members as they register the same way that anyone else does. After their registration they need there user group explicitly changing .

Mr. Mark has made a habit that all the post in the support forums are sent as a ticket on the board. Not all would come here and post but they sometimes do register to help our customers and just keep away rest of the time.

For example, I'm a staff member but you hardly see me posting around.
And let us not forget that we keep on having new techies and having a forum login is not in our procedure, only those who feel comfortable on public forums are requested to post.
