Agreed. Same posts from eUKHost everyday is NOT the way to keep followers.

    Thumbs down

It's all over Facebook too. Not good i'm afraid. Maybe hand pick some interesting tutorials or articles or maybe some special offers?
I've see "how to ftp something or other" just about every day on twitter?!

I agree with the above as well. I followed eUKhost on Twitter on Facebook because they are great hosts and wanted to show them my support, but have just unfollowed them just because of the same content appearing every day on my Twitter stream and Facebook feed.

Did make me laugh when the title of this post appeared on Twitter though

Please accept our sincere apologies. eUKhost Twitter and FB account is not meant for spamming. All new posts/threads started in "Announcement", "Network Status" and "Tutorials" are shown on our networking accounts.

We'll disable "Tutorials" section so that posts/threads on this section are not shown on our networking accounts.

I agree this is really annoying. I'll get Mark's attention to this thread - I'm sure he'll sort it out.

Don't ever let other people's thoughts, feelings, perceptions and/or opinions drown over yours. You know yourself the best. Go with what you think is right. Everyone else's opinions or statements about you or others are secondary.

I don't think it's a problem with the section. It's that every day the tweet is sent for some threads, regardless of whether there is any activity on the thread or not. For example, the last time any activity appeared on the eUKhost Revised Affiliate Structure thread in the announcements section was on the 5th August, but it has been tweeted every day since then, about 6/7 a.m. this morning being the latest.

I would suggest someone from your organisation subscribes to your twitter account to see what's going on. I would guess that eUKHost don't have any followers on staff .

We have disabled all the notifications which were sent on FB and Twitter. Actually, it was a feed which is integrated with our forum. The feed used to send automated notification if there is any update made on a post/thread. We have disabled it and there won't be any notification sent.
