Default cpanel mail filter - problem with matching To field

    Hi,

I'm stumped on this one -

I have setup an email filter in cpanel for a user called admin where:

( emails to info@mydomain.com are forwarded to admin@mydomain.com)

    Rules
    To Equals info@mydomain.com

    Actions
    Deliver to folder ./To Info

    and of course, activated it.

Now, what I would expect would be, that any email sent to info@mydomain.com would be moved to the Inbox/To Info folder - but nothing happens, emails to info@mydomain.com go to the Inbox.

I added a quick subject equals to check the mechanism - and if i filter on email subject instead of To field, that is ok, the emails get filtered into the Inbox/To Info

Now, the info@mydomain.com emails are all forwarded anyway, to admin@mydomain.com, but the To field still shows up as To: info@mydomain.com, so I thought this would not be a problem.

Can anyone tell me the gotcha that I have stumbled into - I have of course used the 'test filter' button, and that works.

    Thanks

    Andy

I have tried the same steps for one of my test domains and I am receiving emails without any error. It might be an issue with the cPanel configuration. I suggest you to contact our support department on Live Chat so that your issue can be investigated further.

If you still have any questions, do post them here.
