Installatron MediaWiki Problem

Hi Everyone,

I've been an eUKhost user for over 3 years and this forum has helped me many times in the past. I'm hoping you can do so again.

I'm trying to set up a MediaWiki using Installatron and it keeps throwing an error, regardless of the version or settings I try. It simply says "Error _errors_script". I'm presuming it's a script error of some sort, but was wondering if anyone has come across it before and how I might go about fixing it.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

Hi Alex,

Looking the way you receive the error, it definitely appears to be an issue with the installtron installer or the mediawiki version. In either case you can try a manual install, if that works, it's the installtron If you can provide us more details of your account, we can attempt the installation for you

Thanks for your quick reply.

To clarify, I've tried installing several version of MediaWiki including the latest and two older versions I picked arbitrarily - the error was the same each time making me suspect it's an Installatron issue.

I'm happy enough to try it manually (although it might have to wait until the weekend when I have more time), but it would be nice to get Installatron fixed, as it saves a fair bit of time.

Please let me know what account information you need to attempt to install it yourselves.
