    Default Justice For Baby P

Baby P's gran: I'll never forgive | The Sun |News

I am sure you are all aware of the story of Baby P (part of which is enclosed in the link above) so i won't bore you all by telling you what you already know and have heard from the media.

However, I do think the staff involved directly with Baby P have missed several glaring oppertunities to save this young childs life and as such I support the Suns petition to get certain members of staff dismissed.

In the link above there is a petition and I hope that you will all join me in signing it. It only takes a minute (only name and location required) and could stop something happening like this again in the future.

Anybody who missed what was so blatantly happening should be severely punished. We all have goals and standards at work and get disciplined for it. That Doc that said the kid was grouchy or irritable or whatever when it had a broken back should lose his license immediately and never be able to get it back. His gross neglegence paid the ultimate price, the death of the only innocent beings on the earth, a child.

I have not read, knor do I think I ever will read exactly what happened. What little I read made me sick to the stomach and I could not read on. The mom and step dad should get the death penalty

If only we still had it in this country.

I managed to read most of the articles printed but reading how finger tips were sliced off with stanley knives and fingernails pulled off with pliers among the many other things listed was completely sickening .

Rest in peace Baby P - you deserve it after all you went through in your short and traumatic life.

I'm sure there are. Hopefully we can start putting a stop to them now.

The whole of Haringey's childs protection office should be sacked, beginning from the top downwards.

Cut the finger tips off ? My God, I didnt read far enough to get that. What is really sad is that for this one case that us *caught* there are probably 200 more similar things happening.

RIP Kid, you really are in a better place.

Its absolutely shocking that in this day and age anyone could do that to a child, and to hear that pathetic excuse from the so called Social Services is a disgrace.

Yes, 60 visits and no alarm bells? Why exactly did they think this child was so badly injured? Even if there was no abuse involved (which there was) surly this would be seen as being negligent!

Yes, and rammed a bottle that hard in to his mouth he swallowed his own teeth. Also, left him laying in his cot in his own excrement for that long his skin peeled off his backside and became infected.

Nevermind how can a mother do such a thing, how can a human being do such a thing??? .

I didn't think a mother could be this evil to her own child though - it did shock me .
