I need to change:

So my script would work with my cms.

Do you mean changing CGI version of PHP to DSO? Does this really matter for running scripts (apart from speed and security)? I was not aware... I have run CMSs in different PHP modes without any issues.
Anyhow, if you are on shared hosting you need to talk to technical support. If you are on a server with WHM access you can go to Main >> Service Configuration >> Apache Configuration and then select Configure Suexec and PHP option and make the necessary changes. If you don't see what you require you might need to recompile EasyApache with the required PHP options.
If there is no web based management panel you will be stuck with making all the necessary configuration changes through console, but I'm sure there are quite a few good tutorials out there.
Again, if this is too involved for you, I'm sure technical support will be able to help you.
