Viewing offline PHP files..

Mm, I am making a website and I dont usually do it in PHP but because its offline when I go to view it in Internet Explorer it just comes up as download file.. Any help how to view it?

You should install XAMPP onto your local machine to view the file. Only after your files are uploaded on a server, you would be able to view it online.
