    Default High mysql process load

If incase MySQL works with high load and I/O on whm/cpanel server. Is there a way to check which MySQL user is responsible for it?

Yes, you can check this from the MySQL's inbuilt command called "mysqladmin processlist", which displays the exact amount of queries being fired/executed at that moment. You can check the exact user which is causing overloading issues (using most resources (CPU/MEM)) for MySQL from the WHM interface from Main >> System Health >> Show Current CPU Usage.
