Multiple URL's

Hi,
I generated an xml sitemap using an automated programe but it picked up multiple "%2D" (hyphen characters) in the url. I have hyphens in my url and it seems to work fine but now this sitemap it showing these multiples but only for a small handful of pages, the rest are all ok. Does anyone know why this may have happened and what I can do to fix it. I have tried googling it with little success and I can't for the life of me work out where the issue lies so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

On permalinks, these are just normal. Hyphens are inserted to replace the space between every words. It's normal so don't worry to much about it.
