It would be really difficult to suggest you with an online business unless you let us know what kind of online business are you interested in.By Online business, do you mean E-commerce,or Affiliate business,data entry etc.

No, EUK has never made it necessary for us to purchase a hosting plan to sign up for Affiliate Program. However, I will suggest you to get a hosting plan before signing up for Affiliate Program. If you are aware of the services they offer and you have experienced their level of support then you can easily get through your client to sign up with EUK!
