E-Mail Verifier Software

I can send 500 emails an hour but some of this quota is taken up buy bad email addresses which are bounce back or returned, can anyone recommend any software that I can run the email addresses through before I send them out.

There are many E-mail verifier Software like Advanced E-mail Verifier(AEV), Atomic Mail Verifier (AMV), YL Mail Verifier etc which will check every email address from a database or a mailing list and determine if the e-mails are still valid or not.
