My businesses rely heavily on sourcing quality, fresh, guaranteed opt-in, double opt-in and permission based UK B2B and B2C email lists. Research in the internet has led me to several companies who promise the world, millions of so called up to date lists for a few hundred quid, at the other end of the scale there are companies who charge £1000's.

Can anyone recommend any companies that you have bought UK B2B and B2C lists from that have been quality, fresh, guaranteed opt-in, double opt-in and permission based with a very low return/bounce back %.

I am using a hyper-v cloud and Sendblaster software, if anyone else is using this combination have you had issues with the 'managing subscriptions' and the 'managing bounce back' features on Sendblaster.
