Page Rank is Google's measure of importance of any web page. It's on the scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is the least ranking. A page rank of over 3 or 4 (out of 10) is highly desirable. Google's Page Ranking System reportedly contains more than 500 Million variables!!!

- One important variable is the links that your page has from other website hostings.
- Another variable is how much is the frequency & the spreading out of the keywords on the web-page.
- Another parameter that Google is interested in is the place where the keywords actually are on the web page, and if they are related to the entire content.
- The title of the actual page should be one of the keywords.
