What is the perfect URL Structure from an SEO point of view?

I am in process of developing a website. But, have somewhat stuck with the decision of making the most ideal Search Engine Optimization URL Structure. Though, I'm aware of the importance of URL, but not able to fix on whether I must proceed with using sub-folders in URLs with each step OR should I keep all the URL's in the root folder and categorize with the title ?

go for "keyword"."website URL" .com that will help you more . And dont worry about PULLING link juice . Its the links that you build to the individual pages that will help you rank and not the homepage stats.
