It might me possible that you have blocked the google spider in robot.txt file. Ensure that spiders are allowed to crawl you site. Also, make a search and see if anyone has stolen your website content. Also, this might be reason that your site got disappeared from google.

There might be a possibility that you have done something that was against the SEO rules hence they might have blocked your site.
Check if the same site can be seen in other search engines.

    Keep us posted on this.

    Oh yes!
Any changes in the content of your site, redesigning affect your PR. Make sure that all the data is same and all those which gave you good PR is not changed or updated. Do let us know if there is any recent change as such.

Yes, changes in the website can drop your website rankings in the Search engines. Make sure, the content on your website is not copied and is unique as if the content posted on your website is copied and taken from another website then your rankings will surely drop once the search engine rankings are updated.

If it is a new site, is it possible that it's in sandbox?

Even though you have made any changes to the site, try and resubmit your site manually to the search engines. Do not touch the pages that rank well in the SERP.

Hi, have you moved your site to a new domain or renamed the web pages or anything like that? Basically, if you have moved your site to a new domain it will take some time to show your site in search engine. And if you have renamed the pages just use the 301 redirection method to point the new pages.

    Wink

Yes, also if you have moved your website to a New Domain name and setup a Domain redirect on the Original Domain name then too your website rankings will be affected.

Correct, but you need to use 301 permanent redirect if you are redirecting a website to another domain name. There would be a temporary variation in the ranking, it would regain its original rank in short time.

That's correct! If we redirect the website using 301 Redirect method, this will help you to maintain the ranking though it might affect the raking for a short period. I think that it will also help you to get traffic from multiple domains; like submitting the main domain and the redirected domain to the directories.

It seems you didn't set proper 301 redirects from your old website. You won't loose your rankings nor your page rank if you set proper 301 redirect from your old website to new website.
