Your website is good though the first thing I noticed is your putting to much bold text on your content. It might not be a good idea to do it because your reader can be annoyed. Try to maintain a uniform style of writing.

Your site looks almost good and professional. What you can do is change the grey color (navigation bar) to somewhat other like blue etc.
