To be honest, I am not impressed with the blog. It seems to be too dull. Try out a free wordpress template that is catchy and willingly forces the visitor to stay on it. There are many Free Wordpress themes available over the internet, try using one of them. Try to make the a appearance attractive.

You will have limited option for theme because you're using wordpress.com subdomain with free hosting. I would suggest you to create blog on your own domain and host yourself you'll have more option for customization and much more flexibility.
