    If you're not providing 24x7 live chat, you should remove live chat button, it does not look professional to show live chat applet if you're not providing live support. When I tried to contact you on live chat it shows following message "We're sorry! Seems no one can serve you now. If you leave your email address, we'll get back to you soon. "

    Hi!

    Nice site! I could not go through the whole site though. I found two items a bit unprofessional:

    1. The "|" between the first two menu items is missing.
    2. The flash graphics on top which is tilted and shows a black background at the diagonals looks somewhat out of place and a bit unprofessional. Can you make it straight and see the difference it makes?
    3. The "Next" and Previous" buttons are not functioning on the "portfolio_stationary.php" page, same problem on the "portfolio_brochure.php" page too.

    There could be such minor problems elsewhere too, so please check all the links.

    P.S.:
    Can you display the Category names in the specific pages? For example, you have category names as links on the content footer, but when I clicked on ant of these category links, I am not sure that I am taken to that particular category page which displays some logos. A mention of the category name in the content part will help.

    Also, when I view the pages on 800x600 display monitor, the bottom-right-hand chat/message box hides a large content of the line behind it. I think, if you need that box there, then it can well be a bit transparent to display what's behind it.

    I like the concept of package tabs. Nicely done the site looks really clean.

    Instead of removing the the Live Chat button, you can modify it in such away that the users can come to know if someone on your end is available to chat or not.

    Yea that's nice way to show the availability, actually this sentence does not look professional, "We're sorry! Seems no one can serve you now" that's the reason I thought better to remove the chat button.

    Oh yes, that indeed does not seem professional enough.
    But, I feel that falco can modify the button such that the button would work only when someone is looged into their chat service, the rest of the time when no one's available,the button can only be viewed but not accessed.

    But, as Paul said, removing the button is the best solution incase no other alternative is available.

    Hey,

    There is no one available on Live Chat. I think instead of Removing "Live Chat" button you should remove "Customer Support" box that says:-

    well thanks guys for review my website well em trying to improve my customer relation services.. but tell me one more thing that some buddy complaining that page cannot be loaded why this thing is happening to my website?

    That might be the problem occurring at his end. The error may occur because of Local ISP connection failure. If this was an error on the server then no one would have been able to access the website. However, it was working fine for others. So it was not the problem on the server side, I guess.

    thanks for your reply so should i change my hosting..? changing hosting may create lots of problem to me.. i have lot of setting in my database of logobench.com..

    I don't think that if just one visitor is not able to view the site then you should think for changing the hosting provider. However, if you wish to do so, I will recommend you to transfer your domain and also the hosting to EUK! They have good reviews and also the level of support they offer, is always appreciated by their customers on forums.

    Well, I see that your site is still not modified. Is it that you only want to increase the traffic and ignore the reviews by us? If so, I think there are any other ways to increase the traffic

    well i think so you are rite only for one or two visitor i should not change my hosting.. and my website is belong to business website so i don't get any benefit if i promote my website here. i just want review my website to individual people that all
