Here are some quick thoughts :

1) Some of your countries need a capital letter. japan should be Japan.

2) No idea why Glasgow is in there. A fine city but looks a bit strange alongside a list of countries.

3) The adsense ad needs to be centred with a bit of margin on the top to separate it from the red line.

4) You need some text at the top of the page explaining what the purpose of the site is.

5) You need a way to filter and re-present the URLs so the user can choose what sort of list they see. As a UK user I probably don't need to see links for Canadian sites unless I ask for them.

Yeah and just to mention italian should be Italy etc as a continuation of Matts point. Also some of the links are dead or lead to default directory listing or cPanel pages.
