Cristiano was fantastic at assisting me. Nothing was too much for him. I am a complete novice with dedicated servers, and Cristiano took the time to assist me, and was patience and genuine.

I think he is a credit to e UK host. I have talked to other people on there, and some hardly responded on chat, and just got fed up, so it was an honour to have Cristianos help.
