I have been changing hosting companies for the last 4 years or so.
When i signed with eUKhost i was full of disbelief and really inconfident, due to other companies' promises which were never kept.
I was for a good surprise with eUK, these guys are support fanatics. I have opened so many support tickets, at first i thought they'd hate me
I think all support stuff at eUK is awesome, never had problems with any of them, but I HAVE to give extra credits to Nick J. :: OK this guy is a true legend he has helped me so much solving weird bugs on my sites in such a short time, I promised I will buy him a pint.
Nick Rocks. But also all other guys know their field really really well. Keep it up.
I am so happy with eUK i think I will upgrade my account and stick with them for many years to come (as long as they don't kick me out for too many support tickets
PS. One thing I did not like, though, and I would like to recieve some feedback from a manager for this issue, is that there is no option to upgrade my disk space for my shared cPanel hosting. What I mean is that i have signed for the Platinum cPanel shared hosting (10GB of space), which is now 65% full. I have requested my disk space to be doubled and I would pay the amount for another cpanel shared hosting account (instead of creating a new main domain and having double log-ins). The reply was negative and they suggested I either move to reseller hosting (for almost twice the money!) or buy a second cpanel hosting.
