This message is to anyone wondering whether to chose EUKHost as their Hosting Supplier.

DO IT!!!!
Why?

After being with EUKHost for over 2 years, I have had a basic package and I am always treated like the highest priority. Their support team are switched on, their billing and sales departments always resposive. I tend to use the live support feature and whoever answers (in seconds usually) always knows how to fix things and couldn't be of more help.

On my other EUKHost my employer wanted to switch over 100 domains and buy a further 100+. The method was simple and any problems were ironed out in seconds.

One word Reliability!

Thanks EUKHost for treating me as #1 and I have no comments for improvement (and I'm a very picky person)

I too use Live Support by preference and it is fantastic, even though like Tim I have only got a basic shared hosting account.

They are quick to respond, very patient with inexpert part-time web designers like me, and always seem to be able to answer my questions, or sort out whatever my problems are. Today they spent half an hour with me, resulting in much better security and greater convenience for the 5 sites I manage.

I construct my websites (almost) exclusively in Joomla now, and I would strongly recommend eUKHost Linux cPanel shared hosting to other Joomla web designers.
