This bloke deserves a Pay Rise! He has just took the time to find out exactly what my issue was, and taken the time to give me a solution to my problem - which was most definatley not one he would have come up against many times before

Unfortunately i can not elaborate more on a public forum as its for a private project, but the help i have received from him in the last 45 minutes - has saved me over 3 weeks work in figuring this out manually!

He is most definately one of your better Employees. I feel quite bad as I didnt mention two of the other guys who have helped me a huge amount over the past couple of years - I must put all of them down, i know when they come on that my answer most likely will get resolved without too much stress!
