The live chat feature is rediculously awesome. I've used it twice and it has worked flawlessly.
Once I could not get Java Servlets/JSP/War archives working on my hosting... I logged on to the live chat and someone from eukhost was there instantly and we were able to chat to resolve my issue.
Today I realised my account was suspended because I forgot to pay eukhost and 2 weeks had passed by... I jumped into the live chat and the helpful chap (Shawn) pointed me in the right direction.
This is the kind of tech support I'd love to have for every product I own. Its like... OK I've got a problem... In 1 minute you can be talking to the experts to resolve the issue.
