    He seriously looks forward to HELP and ASSIST a user/customer.

    Listens to all what you got and then PROVIDE a solution.

    Never said no, never said impossible due to his wide knowledge

    He is our VPS Team Leader for same reason.

    He has expertise in managing Linux as well as Windows servers. He is in this field from last 5 years with n number of Microsoft, Cisco and Redhat Certifications.
