We've been a very quiet customer since moving here in a rush following the hacking of our last provider in May this year.
Once we had everything setup on our semi-dedicated everything has run smoothly and we have had very little problems.
Due to planned expansion and new projects we decided to upgrade to a dedicated server last week, after asking a number of questions through livechat, and getting very sensible answers, we took the plunge a week ago. Everything was moved over a couple of days later. Only one client noticed any downtime and this was only due to Rdns not being setup initially. Everything has worked including a number of SSL certs![]()
Special thanks go to Cristiano who kept us informed during the transfer and sorted out whitelisting our IP when we locked ourselves out of our firewall twice.
We only had one problem with Reverse DNS having to ask twice before it was setup but this was only a very slight niggle.
